This started when I tried to turn on performance settings and my computer crashed after that I wanted to start and this happened.

Tried insataling different versions of drivers not working.

Go back to Adrenalin 2019 19.12.1.

Is that really a solution?
Turn off every feature that was marketed by AMD as an advantage of the product so the GPU doesn't crash?
And use Chill in FRTC mode to limit FPS - which effectively downclocks the GPU?

No way.
