I am not conviced that the VBIOS switch was set to Unleash mode in that video. 
If you watch it, the Power Slider is maxed out at +15%, which is the same as a normal RX6900XT VBIOS limit. 
If anyone has that GPU, can they tell me if the Power Limit is actually > 15% in Unleash mode VBIOS position?

Sadly the Sapphire Card has a bad pump that is really loud. Take a look at Igors Lab Test
