Hello i have been facing an issue in GTA V Recently and it's really bothering me.
This issue only happens on AMD GPU+CPU PCs as far as i am aware,I have been researching for so long i could not find a fix for this frustrating issue
The issue is whenever the clock hits 19:00 PM In-game My fps ABSOLUTELY KILLS ITSELF,It drops from 150s to 70s! It's terrible, It's not just me that has been having this issue there's been many discussions posted related to this awful issue, Here are some sources:

Adrenalin 23.7.1 WHQL Makes my game Grand Theft Auto have 8 to 10 frames per second (8fps) and I had to install Adrenalin 23.5.2 to fix it, I have a AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT
