The rx580 doesn`t cross the 50% barrier and it`s doing 20 FPS, I`m using a xeon E5 2670V3 and windows 10 Pro, I tried desabling v-sync and setting the game on perfomance mode on windows settings but it doesn`t work either. A RX6600 user solved that issue disabling resize bar but that option doesn`t appear to me. It also happened to RTX3080ti users, I`m using 23.7.1 but it also happened on other versions.
