I trusted my rx5700xt video card and bought AC odssey. I'm getting a lot of freezing and low fps even at low settings. What is the reason for this?

AMD and their retarded architecture/drivers. For some reason AMD GPUs just decide to chill in some games. I had 5700XT and in AC:O it was sitting at 40-60% utilisation...
