Starting with Driver Version 22.2.3 the Vulkan Renderer shows glitches. 
This issue was already reported to the Yuzu Devs: https://github.com/yuzu-emu/yuzu/issues/8078

Windows 10 x64 21H2
AMD Radeon 6600XT - 22.2.3+
R5 2600X
16GB Ram

I guess you are talking about the young person white shirt showing some strange pattern on it while the one at the bottom is not?

Try posting your question at AMD Forum's VulKan/OpenGL and see if anyone else is having the same issue. You can first post here to get permission to post at Vulkan forum: https://community.amd.com/t5/newcomers-start-here/bd-p/newcomer-forum

By any chance if you install a previous driver is the issue gone? If so then the problem is with the latest AMD Driver.

Exactly! 

With the Driver Version 22.1.2 the Issue isnt present. So for now and me the issue is fixed but it needs to be fixed in the upcoming Drivers.

Okay since this is a driver issue with the latest version I  would open a AMD Support Ticket to make them aware of the problem from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form

But I just noticed that Ray_AMD just posted a new AMD Driver. Try installing that driver and see if the problem occurs. If it still does then open a AMD Support ticket.

I tested the most recent ones:

• 22.2.3
• 22.3.1

The most recent good one for now is the  22.1.2. 
I created a Ticket to AMD
