The windows logo appears briefly, then the screen goes black shortly afterwards there is no more signal on the monitor.
Hardware and cables have all been checked, everything works !
-Can boot into safe mode with no problems
-If I remove the software via AMD Cleanup Utility, the PC also boots without problems
-If I remove 2 graphics cards, it boots without problems
