What system are You running:
Motherboard manufacture and model no.
Motherboard BIOS version (press Del, F1 or F2 during startup to enter BIOS Setup menu) .
Graphics card manufacture and model no.
Processor: manufacture and model no.
If it is a laptop - manufacture and model no.
Windows OS version (Windows key + Pause key will show the details).
Detailed description of the problem and s/w involved.

Above are the essential information that needs to be present to be able for the community to try to help.

First of all if you are using Windows 11 (but it also applies to Windows 10):

1. Make sure that you have an updated BIOS version from the manufacturer.
2. Make sure that you have an updated Windows version in particular: installed Optional updates (manually run Windows update from the settings menu).
3. Make sure that You have the latest chipset drivers:
For AMD chipset: https://www.amd.com/en/support
For Intel chipset: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/products/46644/software/chipset-software.html

4. Make sure that You have the latest graphics driver:
AMD https://www.amd.com/en/support
Nvidia: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

For Windows 11 especially but also applies to Windows 10:
All are important since the Windows 11 is not a really ready product and filled with problems and Microsoft together with AMD and Intel have recently made significant changes, but most of it of course lies on Microsoft.
*Windows 11 is Not a good and ready-steady-to-go product. Period.*
Just read this for an important information: https://www.tomshardware.com/uk/news/amd-posts-first-official-fix-for-windows-11-bugs
If You are on Windows 11 You really need to constantly check for updates for everything (1-4) - regularly.

Personally I will wait at least 6 or 10 months before installing Windows 11, wise of history...
Best regards from Sweden

[Edit] In Adrenalin s/w Turn of all overlays, You really don't need it and it is known to cause more trouble than benefits.
And while You're are at it, turn off hotkeys as well, since it interferes with customized games and other s/w action keys.

You might want to contribute to this other current Thread on the same type of error: https://community.amd.com/t5/drivers-software/cpumetricsserver-exe-version-10-1-2-1884-error-in-wind...

Seems like several Users are having issues with that AMD file.
