This afternoon I updated the drivers in the AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition application to version 23.4.1, and after restarting the laptop, my screen became darker, the application shortcuts became larger, 

and in the display parameters it was shown that the monitor was updated at a frequency of 1 Hz instead of 144 Hz.
Also, in the device manager, the video card gave error 43.
I reinstalled the drivers, rolled back, reinstalled Windows, but nothing helped. This is not my main video card, but without it, the laptop refuses to work normally. Please help!
