There are several reports on the Internet that many have stuttering problems with the 24.1.1 drivers, for example in BF2042. I have exactly the same problem. Warhammer 40k Darktide is also affected by this. The only solution for me is to use driver 23.1.1.

Uninstall your Driver with "ddu" and try 23.11.1

u don't need to uninstall with "ddu", just install version 23.11.1 over any driver
