Sound is really low on my system

My motherboard is a ROG Strix X570-E Gaming. I have the drivers installed and up to date. There haven't been any updates to the drivers since 2022/10/21. I have checked volume levels in the system tray, in control panel and in settings and even App volume and device preferences.
Pretty much every game I play has low sound even though I have all volume sliders maxed.

And the file date of the driver doesn't match what's listed on the Asus Support page:

In driver details the date is different:

I have disabled all other audio as its not needed. And I don't know what the Sonic Studio Virtual Mixer is.
