Hey, I am having an ongoing issue where my build seems stable but then out of nowhere the screen freezes (no black or blue screen) just becomes unresponsive, I can still move the mouse and select the windows bar unless I'm in a game and if I try to restart or shutdown it just comes up restarting but never actually does it and I have to hold down the power on the tower and manually turn it off and back on again. it happens on odd occasions. it can happen on anything from web browsing to gaming to editing on adobe. however sometimes it doesn't happen at all. usually though if its under load. all drivers are up to date and I have even fresh installed windows. tried everything I can think of so hoping somebody here can help.

lian li dynamic case with 9 fans so cooling shouldn't be an issue
I'm no expert but I but I have built three builds now with no issue
