Hi, I bought my laptop about 10 months ago and it was working fine until my screen started flickering randomly about 1.5 months ago. It's so hard to work on your laptop, I tried almost everything like going to device manager and selecting roll back driver or Update driver which then change my AMD Radeon (TM) Graphics to microsoft basic display driver, I also uninstalled my amd software and reinstalled it, even did a factory data reset but still the issue is there, I contacted to HP support too but even they were not able to help now please tell me how to resolve the issue.PLEASE.
