Ryzen 7 1700X driver turned off for all threads

Hello, I am new to this forum, never needed it.
But this thing I can't solve myself I think.
Sorry for possible writing errors, I am not English.

Desktop with AMD Ryzen 7 1700X, Win10 Pro 64 bits 8 Gb Ram 512 Gb Samsung EVO 900

As said I get every time I powerdown using hibernate a BSOD telling me that there is a DPC Watchdog problem.
Using the programm "WhoCrashed" I see these messages:

Bugcheck name:DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION
Driver or module in which error occurred: (0xfffff804`44bfbc10)
Bug check description:The DPC watchdog detected a prolonged run time at an IRQL of DISPATCH_LEVEL or above. This could be caused by either a non-responding driver or non-responding hardware. This bug check can also occur because of overheated CPUs (thermal issue).
Analysis:This is likely caused by a hardware problem, but there is a possibility that this is caused by a misbehaving driver.
This bugcheck indicates that a timeout has occurred. This may be caused by a hardware failure such as a thermal issue or a bug in a driver for a hardware device.

A full memory dump will likely provide more useful information on the cause of this particular bugcheck.

This was after uninstalling Ryzen Master and going into hibernate mode.
Before I had this message.

When I look at the device manager (explanation of this error said something about driver) I can see that for my CPU there are strange things.
As said before I have an AMD Ryzen 7 1700X Eight core and for all 16 threads the Win10 device manager says ;
"A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. There may be another driver that provides this functionality. (Code 32)"
And there is an exclamation mark on all 16 threads.

I think this has happened after I installed the latest drivers unsing the AMD test and update utitlity.
Manually I already uninstalled AMD Ryzen Master but that did not do anything.
Also I changed, following an advice, in the register a value for the AMD time-out from 3 into 4.
Further I never used one of the things, also not AMD Ryzen Master, form the AMD install to change anything.

I hope somebody can tell me what the problem is and what to do to solve this.
