My system：

Adrenaline 23.4.3

My issue:
The Adrenalin shows the GPU is under constant 99% usage and running at max frequency, while the Task Manager shows the GPU utilization is about 1%. Besides the power comsumption and VRAM utilization are both low.
I mean readings are persistent abnormal even if the system is idle, and there are no process using GPU I can find in Task Manager.
