Rx 6950 xt black screen flickering + crash / no display signal

Hello everyone,

I have bought an amd rx 6950 xt since 11/2022 ( 1 year ago).

I've had a lot of issues with drivers from amd on windows 11. I am playing on a 165hz 2560x1440 monitor and the issue is black screen flickers + crash which I habe to hard reset my pc everytime.

I have tried everything, reinstalling windows, disabling mpo / enable mpo, disabling ULPS, undervolt my card in adrenaline software, turning off freesync premium ( monitor and adrenaline), bought a new premium display port cable 1.4, upgraded from 850 w to 1200w psu, nothing fixed this issue. When I boot up my pc fpr the first time it will not cause issues for like an hour and then it keeps crashing, black screen flickering. I have ddu, cleaned driver reinstalled driver to the latest version 23.12.1 and the issue still´persist. In some older driver version the flickering + crash are less then other drivers..  But the issue is still persists..  It's been a year and I had a lot of problems with the drivers of AMD.. It happens in games like cs2, modern warfare 2 and 3, sometimes even in watching youtube videos. Playing on lower refreshrate 144hz, 120 hz with freesync off still gives problems. Xmp off and on, Cpu game boost on and off. Even playing on dx 11 doesnt fix. It's something with the drivers / video/  display that doesnt match well in windows 11. Am I the only person here with the rx 6950 xt here that has a lot of problems playing games ? Temperatures are 46 degrees on cpu in full load and 60 degrees gpu in full load

It's definitely driver related from amd because on some driver versions the crashes happens less frequently like 2 in 20 mins on some drivers and on newer drivers way too much like after playing 2 or 3 mins in cs2 or mw3.

My pc specs are:

intel i7 11700k, msi rx 6950xt gaming trio 16GB, asus rog psu 1200w gold, msi gaming carbon wifi, 32 gb ram corsair dominator 3600 mhz ( 3200mhz xmp off) Noctua tower cooler Nh15

I have wait so long for a fix to enjoy gaming but this keeps going with issues..

anyone got a fix ?

Cables are seated good.. checked it 4 times.. I have 2 pcie slots and tried it on both.
