Open a Support ticket with the manufacturer of your RX570 and see if they will send you one or try looking it up at TechPowerUp: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/?architecture=AMD&manufacturer=&model=RX+570&interface=&memType=...

download and run GPU-Z and then on the upper right corner click on "Lookup" to see the exact GPU card you have installed.

The model number you posted "RX570-75-20g" is a Sapphire RX 570 8Gb GPU card: https://www.sapphiretech.com/en/consumer/pulse-rx-570-8g-g5-lite#Specification

From Amazon with the same Model you posted: https://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Technology-11266-75-20G-Radeon-Graphics/dp/B089V8D54S

Open a Sapphire Support ticket and ask them to send you the original vBIOS for your RX570 GPU card.

See what Bios Version you have installed from GPU-Z and see if any matches the Bios from Techpowerup VGA BIOS Data base:

it is not for 11266-75-20g bios  model but for 11266-36 that's why that bios doesn't work my card

Then why did  you inputted that model number in your original Title on your post?

Ok, Newegg is selling that same Sapphire RX570-11266-36 model: https://www.newegg.com/sapphire-radeon-rx-570-11266-36-20g/p/27N-0005-000P2

It still is a Sapphire Pulse RX570 8GB GPU Card.  So look for the bios that is the same specs as your card.

But it is best to just have Sapphire Support send you the original BIOS version for your GPU Card.
