This started a few weeks ago, but whenever I notice the issue, normally when I am watching Twitch predominantly, is when the desktop starts to slowly become unresponsive except the mouse. You can for a very short time click and interact with windows/icons/running applications before they all become unresponsive and you have to do a forced shutdown through the power button press-hold. ANY help is appreciate to resolve the issue of desktop becoming unresponsive mentioned above.
