Relive and 5700XT

When I record with the 5700XT, I get a green screen when watching the recording and my mouse cursor is visible.

Is this a known bug, or do I need to start troubleshooting my system?

Randomnly, this worked for me. I went to activate it again to try it out and then it worked. I got live video.

But then after a reboot, I'm back to green screen. It is so random. After about 10 reboots, it may work once out of the 10 reboots after I go in and deactivate and reactivate relive.
