The system I'm talking about is a AMD Ryzen 5-3600 on a ROG Strix X570-F Gaming Mainboard.
The Windows 10 Home 64Bit (Build 18362) device manager shows three devices as without drivers:
- PCI-Bus 5, Device 0, Function 0
- PCI-Bus 11, Device 0, Function 0
- PCI-Bus 12, Device 0, Function 0
There's just one graphics Card ( AMD Rhadon RX 5700) and a M2-SSD (Samsung V-NAND SSD 970 EvoPlus NVMe M.2) connected via PCI, and the garphics Card is identified and checked without Problems.
The attribut dialog mentions:
"Device drivers not installed (Code 28)
No compatible drivers found for this device"
for each of the three
and on the Events-TAB:
'The device "PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1485&SUBSYS_87C01043&REV_00\6&6a77c41&0&0040000A" requires additional Installation.'
(and the same for 'PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1485&SUBSYS_87C01043&REV_00\4&1fde7688&0&0041" and "PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_148A&SUBSYS_87C01043&REV_00\4&d573d7&0&0039")
Any attempts to install drivers via Windows were without success, because no newer drivers were found.
Every individual part of the system (mainboard, graphics card, SSD, etc.) got it's drivers updated by their individual tools to the latest release.
The Vendor code points to an AMD device, but I was unable to identify it and such to update drivers to fix the issue.
Can anybody help?
Does anybody recognize the devices aor even knows where to get the latest (or working) Drivers?
Any help would be greatly appeciated.
