Persistent Crashing Issue with Counter-Strike 2

Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance regarding a persistent issue I have been experiencing with Counter-Strike 2. Despite my best efforts, the game continues to crash without any apparent reason.

Here is a detailed account of the troubleshooting steps I have already taken:

  1. Updated BIOS: I ensured my BIOS is up to date, but the crashes persist.
  2. Updated CPU Chipset Drivers: I have the latest drivers for my CPU chipset installed.
  3. Tested Different RAM: I swapped out my RAM with different modules to rule out memory issues.
  4. Used AMD Cleanup Utility: I ran the AMD Cleanup Utility to ensure no conflicting drivers or remnants were causing issues.
  5. Changed SSD and Reinstalled Windows: I even went to the extent of changing my SSD and performing a fresh installation of Windows, yet the problem remains.
  6. Used Separate SSD for the Game: I used another SSD exclusively for installing and running Counter-Strike 2, but it still crashes.
  7. Checked All Steam and Windows Files: I verified the integrity of game files through Steam and checked for corrupted Windows files, but found no issues.
  8. Tried Several AMD Driver Versions: I experimented with different AMD driver versions, including driver-only, minimal install, and full install, but the crashes continue.
  9. Disabled Game Bar, Captures, and Game Mode: I turned off Game Bar, Captures, and Game Mode in Windows settings to eliminate potential conflicts.
  10. Disabled ULPS and Set TdrDelay through Regedit: I disabled ULPS and set TdrDelay through Regedit, but these changes did not resolve the issue.

The issue manifests as a crash with the error message: "Display driver amduw23g stopped responding and has successfully recovered." Despite all these measures, the game still crashes randomly, and I am at a loss for what to do next. I have followed numerous guides and forum posts but have not found a solution that works for my situation.

Could you please provide further assistance or suggest any additional steps I might take to resolve this issue? Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated, as I am eager to enjoy the game without these disruptions.

Thank you for your time and support.

I have been having same issue with drivers on 7900xt. If you find any fix please post it as I have been looking for a while and haven't found anything.

Haven't found a solution yet, always a dead end as I can't find anything  different in the internet. Spoke to CS2 developer team and got no reply either

In the case you didn't know, this is a community forum.

For official AMD support you need to go here. https://www.amd.com/en/forms/contact-us/support.html

You should report the issue using the built in bug report tool in Adrenalin as well. This will ensure the driver team gets word of the issue so they can work on implementing a solution in an upcoming driver release.

Someone here may be able to help if they have come across this issue, so don't take this as someone brushing off the issue. Everyone in this community forum is here to help, but these are just end users helping other end users.

I hope someone here can help you.

Have a good day.
