Good afternoon.
There was a problem immediately when buying a laptop on an HP Pavilion Gaming, on an AMD Ryzen 5 5600H processor with Radeon Graphics / NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU, support advised to contact the processor manufacturers.
There were hangups, I can’t say exactly what. I will describe the problems on this!
- the computer / explorer freezes for a few seconds when you press the right mouse button, when you minimize the game, programs, when I'm in them for a long time.
- the panel freezes (wifi / sound / power), the whole window, 0.5-1 seconds
all this is suspended, from 0.5 - 1 second, immediately after that the cooling fans start to work.
Drivers updated, via AMD Software Radeon Graphics, latest version.
With regards to games, there are no problems with friezes, no freezing, the temperature is not more than 65 C
Windows 11 Pro is a licensed product.
