my big problem enable VSR My monitor is locked at 75Hz and I can't select a refresh rate ؟

Hi guys My graphics card is 6800xt When I activate amd super resulotion the refresh rate of the monitor is locked at 75 Hz, and because of this card, I feel lag. And I can't choose the refresh rate on 60 Hz But in 1080p resolution, I can set the desired refresh rate
