I'm unable to find AMD Official driver for my R9 7940HS processor (and also other Phoenix family CPUs) on driver download page.

Will AMD Release a official driver for those CPUs in future?

AMD doesn't supply drivers for OEM Processors which is probably why it isn't listed or they haven't yet added drivers for that APU processor since it just came out.

Also you are looking at the wrong category at AMD Download page. You need to click on the following for your laptop APU processor at AMD Download page:

I would go to your Laptop's Support driver download page and download their version of AMD driver for your laptop APU processor.

NOTE: According to CPU World your APU is considered to be a "Mobile APU Processor"

I have the same problem with 780M graphics in the Ryzen 9 7940hs, editing softwares keeps crashing. 
Crazy how AMD didnt come with drivers, not even any news if they are working on it.
