After updating my drivers to the latest version 23.19, I have started experiencing insane frame and display issues in steam and Blizzard games. My FPS is consistently below 40 frames and in games like Overwatch, my resolution will be set to 1920x1080 and everything will look good in the main menu, and then the second I enter a game the frames tank and my game becomes incredibly blurry.
GPU: RX 6800 XT
CPU: Ryzen 7 5700G
I tried to uninstall the latest update and reinstall, and this didn't end up fixing the issue. I am on Windows 11.
Any idea what might be causing this? It came out of nowhere...
