Low fps and performance until restore the default values

I have had a problem years ago, and I finally got ready to ask to fix it.
When I bought the video card ''Radeon RX 560 Series'' For a not very long period of time it was working perfectly, high FPS and smooth performance. I stopped playing for a week and when I played again (fallout 4 example) the fps had dropped a lot, to the point of being almost unplayable. This will keep with all the games to this day. I found on my own a '' solution '', if I enter the radeon software every time I turn on the PC and restore the default values, I can play with the graphics that it should have, until I restart or turn off the computer and so on. I really don't know what it could be, I tried updating the drivers but the problem still.

-AMD Radeon RX 560 Series (4 GB)
-8GB external
-Desktop computer
-Windows 10 pro (64 Bits) 10.0.19041
-Radeon software 19.12.02
-intel(R) Core(TM) I5-7500 CPU @ 3.40 GHz, 3401 Mhz, 4 principal processors
