Hello, I'm having some graphical problems with my computer.For starters I have a laptop (Acer Aspire 3) with a Ryzen 5 2500U and around 16GB of RAM. This already happened before, the graphical elements just vanish, leaving the screen blank, only a solid color remains. However, I don't think the system crashes, today I was listening to music when it happened, it kept going, ALT TAB and CTRL ALT DEL also worked as well, but, again, only a solid color was being displayed. Does anyone have a clue of what might be happening?
