Hello --- I have an older computer  with the  ATI Radeon HD 5450  video card --- 

The were 2 files listed as drives/software for it 

amd-catalyst-15.7.1-win10-64bit.exe
non-whql-win10-64bit-radeon-software-crimson-relive-16.2.1-sep20.exe

What is the  difference between them?

The AMD (WHQL) 2015 driver is certified to work in Windows

The AMD 2016 BETA is a newer driver but not certified to work in Windows.

I would first try the 2016 BETA to see if it works without any issues otherwise use the 2015 WHQL Driver.

yes --  but I am not sure  if  the driver has been update by  Microsoft --- the version number don't seem to lne up
