Laptop keeps crashing when connected to the internet

This post is a continuation of my recent post:
https://community.amd.com/t5/general-discussions/windows-10-error-event-id-86-certificateservicescli...

I could not reply to the replies in my post because my posts keep getting rejected. I tried to post a reply but there was an error so I tried to post again but my posts got labeled as spam for trying to post multiple times in a short time. I used the 'abuse report' to notify moderators but it already has been more than 24 hours and it seems that there is no response. I am new and I do not know how to contact the administrators of this forum.
