I'm aware that there are a lot of posts reporting the same porblem but I have tried all recommended actions and any of them solved the issue of microphone audio not recorded.
My setup:
I made sure I have the following settings enabled in Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AMD\DVR system registry:
AudioInputCaptureEnabled 1
AudioOutputCaptureEnabled 1
For some reason it updates to 0 after software update...
I changed between Stereo and Automatic in AMD Radeon
I enabled and disabled Record Desktop in AMD Radeon

I have the last update of adrenalin:
I tested all available formats in the microphone configuration:
I tested using the xbox software recording option and it records audio from my michrophone without any problem. I disabled all the audio recording (including from the microphone) hoping that it caused some conflict with adrenalin software but still I dindt get any audio recording from the microphone.
Can someone support with additional actions to take in order to solve the issue?
