I need help with AMD 4700s desktop kit

I'm racking my brain to find a way to activate secure boot, the option doesn't appear in the BIOS, I've already tried setting the admin password to see if it would open up more options but nothing new appears. Attached is the system information

This thread post indicates a firmware update to C08 will allow you to enable the TPM.
