Okay so I have been trying to factory reset my windows 10 pc that has an amd processor and graphics card because pretty much nothing in windows is working correctly and I can't update anything (for context this is my first time going on the desktop in months). I first tried to factory reset it from the windows settings which only gave an error saying "We were unable to reset your pc." after that, I tried the windows media creation tool and booted into a usb I made with the tool, but when getting to the partition screen, it said "We were unable to find any drives." Then after that, I tried the supportassist OS recovery tool that came with my pc, and when trying to reset the pc through that it also gave an error that said "There has been an unexpected error." I'm pretty much at a loss as to what to do because I can't find anything on the internet that has worked and applies to my situation. pls help

If this is a prebuilt pc/laptop (dell, hp, etc..), it would be better to seek advice from their support/forum.
