hello. i have been looking for these drivers for at least 1 day now and i still cant find them, they arnt on amds website or in the legacy section and i don't want to got to a sketchy site to get them.   

 so if anyone knows how to get them at all that'd be great thanks.

As far as i know 1st one have official tweaks to DX11 and second its just the driver without those tweaks. Depends what u want to run one or another might be better.

Go to the AMD Driver Download page.

Any of the HD 6000M series should get you what you need.
