I cant choose AMD Radeon HD 7900 when i want to update

Guess you are talking about updating drivers right? The HD7000 series are EoL (end of life) and there will be no new drivers for those cards by AMD. 

Its actually quite an older card by now, and well not powerfull enough for newer games. If you want you could try a linux based OS as the Community tends to keep older cards going. 

Though AMD kept those cards support for a long time, make no mistake

The final driver is 22.6.1, there are different hd7000 models.

Download/install GPU-Z & use the 'Lookup' button, which should show which (desktop or laptop) exact model you have. Choose that from the amd driver site.
