I tried to run the installation directly from the file from the official site, but after launching nothing happens. I found a solution on this forum to run this path [C: \ AMD \ RyzenMasterExtract \ MSIFiles \ Qt_Dependancies], but then I see this error [Error when starting the application (0xc0000022). Press the "OK" button to exit.

Please supply system specs., for some one to offer suggestions.

If you have laptop or prebuilt oem pc (HP, lenovo, etc..) RM is possibly locked out from use ?

does anyone know  the cause of this 0xc0000022 to fix it? i am experiencing  it only switching to the month 7 drivers of  this years  build aka 7.1 and 7.2   its goes away on using 5.1 the driver prior to  it on an amd5 69000 apu i know they added  new features support and a heck lot of other stuff for  non dx support hence why i was trying to use month 7 but its because of it probably but cannot  solve the annoying pop up with my work around of using the 5th month driver install  downgrade it way is not working anymore too. a new post is not working so  since the user has the same error i can say  its related  to month 7.1 and 7.2 in some way

No such product as 'amd5 69000', and if you have a laptop model it may be locked out by laptop maker.
