How to Insatll Rx 570

I recently bought a Rx 570 8GB so I went to install it. I don't know a lot of this things so I watched some tutorials. The problem is that when I put my Graphic card my pc doesn't show anything on my screen. I first thought that I had to install the drivers previously the installations but when I try to do so the installer only takes my CPU's internal graphic (Vega 8).
I want to know if there's someway to fix it because I can't even access to my bios or anything when I use the Graphic card.
My components are a Ryzen 3 3200g, a power supply of 650w, 12GB of ram and a motherboard a320m-s2h V2. Is it a compatibility problem or am I doing something wrong?

When you install the RX 570 are you moving the monitor cable from the motherboard to the card?

Check in the BIOS to ensure the graphics are not forced IGP, it should be Auto for the RX 570 to work. In my Gigabyte B550 board the options are found under Settings\IO Ports\Initial Display Output.
