Hello, I started to have this issue some days ago and I don't know why my GPU clock is fluctuating when it's idle or i'm watching videos on the web, I downloaded and installed the lasted Preview Driver to test the Frame Generation feature and it was working everything fine but a couple of days after having that driver this problem started.
I don't know if i have a process running in the background that might be causing this issue because I haven't installed anything new except the new Adrenalin Driver, I already checked the task manager looking for a weird process that might be using the GPU or CPU and the only one that's using more of it it's the Adrenalin software.
Can this issue damage my GPU?
BTW I have 2 SSD's Nvme M.2 in one of them I have Win 10 installed (the one where I'm having this issue) and in the second one I have Win 11 installed with the normal drivers and I have a lot of programs installed there and i'm not having that issue, The Win 10 partition it's a clean install with few programs.
