Hello!
Can you maybe lower the graphic settings in the game and see if this error will still continue?
Try on lowest settings first then when all works good slowly go higher.
Could be a temperature related thing as well.

Can you do a clean uninstall of the driver and try an older one which you know did work for you?
See if it still works.

Hmmm, can you do a clean uninstall of the driver using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller from guru3d, link: Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.0.9 )
and see it a totally fresh installation of the driver will help? Maybe some files are stuck somewhere.

Yes. Best to download the DDU and the AMD driver. Remove the old driver with DDU, then disconnect your internet and restart (so windows wont search for drivers by itself). Install the AMD driver package. Then reconnect internet. (Disconnecting the internet is optional, but better to do it).
Hope that will solve your problem.

Are you using a HDMI connection to the monitor? Are you installing the latest driver? https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-r7-series/amd-radeon-r7-300-series/amd-radeon-r7-...

Do you have the Power Limit in Wattman set to the highest + value? Slider all the way to the right:
Example:
You might want to check to see if you installed this Windows 10 update..and remove it
