Performance -> Tuning -> Custom -> GPU Tuning Enables -> Advanced Control Enabled (issue occur with or without changing the value.) -> Apply Changes

Obviously the frequency indication is wrong. 

After pressing the 'Apply Changes' button, look at OverdriveNTool.
P1 ... P7 is missing.

Coupled with a glitch in the Radeon Software that causes the operating frequency to periodically increase, the system hangs when the operating frequency increases.

Solution.

Use RadeonSoftware.exe from Adrenalin 23.8.2

Instructions for extracting the RadeonSoftware.exe from 23.8.2

• Install 7-Zip
• Download whql-amd-software-adrenalin-edition-23.8.2-win10-win11-aug31.exe
• Using 7-Zip, extract Packages\Drivers\Display\WT6A_INF\B395067\ccc2_install.exe from whql-amd-software-adrenalin-edition-23.8.2-win10-win11-aug31.exe
• Extract the file CN\cnext\cnext64\ccc-next64.msi from ccc2_install.exe
• Extract fil74AE025350DDE5F4B4A826FB0A840F8C from ccc-next64.msi
• Rename fil74AE025350DDE5F4B4A826FB0A840F8C to RadeonSoftware.exe

Steps to replace RadeonSoftware.exe

• Rename C:\Program Files\AMD\CNext\CNext\RadeonSoftware.exe
• Copy the RadeonSoftware.exe (23.8.2) to C:\Program Files\AMD\CNext\CNext\
• Exit RadeonSoftware.exe from the Task Manager.
• Start C:\Program Files\AMD\CNext\CNext\RadeonSoftware.exe (it may restart automatically).
