Graphics Drivers keep connecting and disconnecting (Least I assume its the graphics drivers.)

Hello, I am struggling with my graphics drivers randomly connecting and disconnecting on the start-up of my PC.

Upon PC start-up, Windows would make a connecting and disconnecting sound over and over. I am not able to do anything due to it snapping my mouse back to the centre.

And I have to wait till it's finished doing whatever it's doing.

I have tried uninstalling the graphics drivers and going back to an older version, which did nothing; I have tried reseting my PC and only installing a older version, which also did nothing; I have tried updating chipset drivers, which did nothing. and I have tried commands in the terminal such as SFC, CHKDSK, and DISM.

None of those commands worked.

If anyone knows how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

What is your mouse connection? USB? PS2? Bluetooth?

If the mouse pointer is disappearing and reappearing and you hear a disconnect/reconnect sound I would check that connection. Using any USB hubs? Try a different port? Check Device Manager for any unknown or disabled devices?
