Hello AMD Community,

I own a Lenovo E41-25 laptop equipped with an AMD PRO A4-4350B processor featuring integrated graphics (R4, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G). Despite my efforts, I couldn't locate the necessary graphics driver on the AMD website. I've also installed the VGA driver from Lenovo's website, but I'm encountering performance issues.

I attempted to use AMD's automatic detection software, but it couldn't identify the required driver for my laptop. I kindly request your assistance in guiding me on how to address this issue.

Laptop Specs:
- Model: Lenovo E41-25
- Processor: AMD PRO A4-4350B R4, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G
- Graphics: Integrated
- RAM: DDR4 16GB

Looks like this processor was only made for a couple Lenovo laptops, so AMD leaves the support for this to the laptop manufacturer.  If a previous driver worked better you can rollback the driver in Device Manager.

You can also try doing a clean driver install by uninstalling the current drivers with the AMD Cleanup Utility or DDU, then reinstalling the driver, as sometimes old driver clutter gets left behind. But if the driver simply doesn't have the support required for newer programs and isn't being supported by Lenovo anymore, the best you can do is find a community-made driver, assuming that even exists.

AMD's note on the general matter is "Due to vendor specific features in certain OEM products, custom drivers for these products are only available from the manufacturer."
