I was trying to open my AMD Radeon software on my computer but it says that my currently installed graphics driver is not compatible, it also further explains that i have to check if i have other AMD software's installed (witch i don't have any others installed by the way) and a factory reset is recommended, I went to the support website that fixes this issue but I'm confused if i just have to get a new laptop that can be compatible with the AMD App or if i just have to use the compatibility tool to update my driver. I also don't know if its my graphics card or if its just my driver so I'm also confused on that.
Could someone help me with this issue so I can know if I need to get a new laptop or not please
