Sync graphic profile settings

Hello!

As the title reads, is there a way to sync graphic profile settings? I want to re-install my computer, but i don't want to redo every configuration thing for my graphics card after the reinstall. Syncing the settings would be soo much better.

Do you mean re-install windows / operating system? I think you can do that from the cd or usb stick. Just install fresh copy with existing settings. Been awhile but I know there is a way you can do it. Someone on here will be able to point you in the right direction.

I mean that i want to sync profile settings for the graphics card. All games settings and such.

I already have sync settings turned on in windows but thats very limited and does not stretch over to AMD or Nvidia graphic settings.

The developers of these softwares will understand what i mean.
