In driver 23.12.1 i was using AMD Freesync Premium and Enhanced Sync together and it worked really well, but once while i was gaming it felt really stuttery and teary, i founded out that it was fluctuating refresh rate, when i was getting above 144 fps refresh rate was fluctuating from 48-144 hz randomly, so i tried to update to driver 24.2.1, in this driver i got a '' working '' Enhanced Sync but with a feeling like V-Sync, locked on 144 fps since Enhanced Sync shouldn't cap fps and with a high input lag such as V-Sync. I tried updating everything but nothing worked.
