drivers do not update automatically

Good evening,

I was just wondering why I have to check for new drivers manually, despite having it set to do it automatically? I do not even receive any notifications for the updates.

Not mad, just wondering. I love AMD!

Regards,

Darcy

Follow this AMD webpage on how to "Enable" Driver Update Notifications: How to Change Driver Update Notification Status | AMD

Good evening elstaci,

I appreciate your help on the matter and such a hasty reply.

However, I have 3 machines running Radeon graphics that all have notifications checked. They all show the same behaviour. There is an RX 570 4GB, an R9 380 4GB and an R7 350 4GB. All have the latest windows 10 updates etc.

I apparently live in the Twilight Zone.

Thanks again

Back in Dec./Jan. there was a 'hue and cry' about update notifications from a fair number of users.

Maybe the fix implemented has something to do with the issue.

Never used auto update myself, can't help with that.

I keep up to date manually. Have been since Crimson. Just always wondered why automatic updates, was indeed, the exact opposite....that's all. Remember MSI Live Update?...same scenario.....think they just got it working smoothly this year.
