Hello I have recently bought an rx580 card to upgrade my computer. When I had install the card and install the driver to the card it accept the driver before I reboot (as provided by the installation) and after reboot I get the message from AMD software that the software isn't combatible with the installed driver.
When I go to the device manager to check what driver I have, it shows Microsoft Basic Driver. I have tried to make a clean install without any luck. I have also tried to install some older drivers without any success.
Did anyone have some ideas how I should do?
My specs are:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.20 GHz
16 GB ram
64 bits operating system
Windows 10 pro ver 22H2, OS-version 19045.2364
500 Watt psu
Graphic card: RX580
Motherboard Asus H97 plus
I have dual boot with Ubuntu and there the card works well. Both screens starts and there is no other issues. So I guess it is something in windows.
