With the old drivers i was able to put a minimum state on VRAM frequency to avoid flickering and artifacts on desktop while watching videos, my GPU come with 2000mhz on max frequency, then i put the minimum state on 1000hz then the gpu never drops to 300mhz (default) and i avoid the flickering on desktop, i been doing this with wattman for years but with the new drivers you can only change the maximum state the other 2 states are grey, i attach a picture to be more clear, i cant put a screen of the new drivers because i uninstalled it right when i noticed this, i hope you fix it thanks
