cant put 240hz while creating custom resolution

Hello, i'm trying to create new custom resolution 5120x1440 but i cant go any higher than 200hz but my monitor is 240hz

I have already switched to the display settings, there is a maximum of 120hz. In the windows settings, I can set the resolution to 2560x1440 and only then I will have 240hz, but I need 5120x1440 and 240hz

gpu: Radeon RX 570 Series
cpu: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3450 CPU @ 3.10GHz
ram 16gb
monitor: samsung odyssey g9
DisplayPort v 1.4

AMD software: adrenalin edition version 24.7.1
Windows 10 64bit home

These 2 topics didn't help me

DP v1.4 does support 240Hz but at lower Resolutions.

Found this Cabe Tech article explaining about DP 1.4 and 240Hz Resolutions: https://www.cablematters.com/Blog/DisplayPort/does-displayport-1-4-support-240hz

Note: the above chart shows why when you have your Monitor set for 2560x1440 Resolution, it supports 240Hz.

From Wikipedia showing the maximum Resolutions for 5K DP versions:

EDIT: You will need a DP version 2.0 or above to get 5k with 1440 hz Resolution.  DP 1.4 Bandwidth does not support 5k at 1440hz bandwidth.
