Go to Windows Settings - Core Isolation and temporarily disable it. See if now Ryzen Master will install.
Other Users have been having issues installing Ryzen Master lately and one User found out, in his case, that it was Windows Security feature "Core Isolation" which was preventing Ryzen master from installing.
If Ryzen Master does successfully install, enable Core Isolation again if it is able to be enabled after installing Ryzen Master.
