Hello to everyone, I noticed that AMD Smartshift on my omen 16-c0004sl is not working 99% of the time...
It is always at 0% but only sometimes and for just a few seconds it works when I open Fortnite, Minecraft...
I also substituted it with Amazon wondering if it was a problem of that computer only, but I have the same problem, it is always at 0% and works for few seconds with some games.
I have good fps in my games so it's not a problem if it doesn't work but having bot CPU (Ryzen 5800h) and GPU (Rx 6600m) from AMD, it would have been nice If I could use this AMD smart technology too. Smart access is activated from AMD Radeon software, and i think it works.
I also tried to download the drivers from the AMD website instead of the manufacturer website but it doesn't fix this problem.
Anyone else with the same problem or anyone knows what the problem could be?
